- If the building is not paid off in 90 days, it is considered rent to own according to the terms of the signed Rental Agreement.
- Monthly payments must be made when due or there will be a late fee added to the account.

Rent-to-Own is not a loan. Rent to own is month to month rental of the building until paid off. There is no interest. There is a monthly rental fee.
24 month option take cash price ÷ 16.8 = monthly payment
36 month option take cash price ÷ 21.6 = monthly payment
48 month option take cash price ÷ 24.0 = monthly payment
Example:
24 month on a $2500 building (2,500 / 16.8) = $148.81
36 month on a $2500 building (2,500 / 21.6) = $115.74
48 month on a $2500 building (2,500 / 24.0) = $104.17
Note: Sales tax is calculated based on the monthly rental payment.
You can pay off your shed early without penalty.
24-month RTO pays 70% of remaining payments.
